The Formlyx refund and cancellation policy for initial purchases, subscription renewals, and payment processing timing.

Overview

This Refund Policy explains how Formlyx handles refunds for paid plans and is intended to give customers a clear expectation before purchase. It applies to purchases made through our checkout and payment providers, including future subscription billing flows.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are purchasing Formlyx for the first time, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date. This is intended to give new customers time to evaluate whether the service is a good fit for their workflow.

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the initial purchase of a new paid subscription unless a different offer or limitation is clearly stated at checkout.

Subscription renewals

Subscription renewal charges are generally non-refundable once processed, except where required by law or when Formlyx approves a refund on a case-by-case basis. If you do not want your subscription to renew, you should cancel before the next renewal date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings when that feature is available or by contacting support. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, cancellation stops future renewals but does not usually end access immediately for the current paid period.

Exceptions and abuse prevention

We may decline refund requests that appear abusive, fraudulent, or intended to avoid legitimate charges after substantial use of the service. We may also request additional details to verify the account owner or understand the request before issuing a refund.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider, such as Paddle or the payment method used at checkout. After a refund is approved, it may take several business days for the credit to appear, depending on the provider and financial institution involved.
