Formlyx Terms of Service

Formlyx is a hosted software product that helps customers create forms, collect submissions, review submission history, and send email notifications. These Terms of Service explain the rules for using the website, dashboard, APIs, and related services we make available.

By creating an account, accessing the service, or using Formlyx on behalf of a business, you agree to these terms. If you are using Formlyx for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

You must be able to form a binding agreement to use Formlyx. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Each account is intended for the person or team that created it. You may invite teammates or share access only in ways that are permitted by the product and your plan.

You are responsible for how you configure and use your forms, what information you ask people to submit, and how you respond to those submissions. You are also responsible for complying with laws and regulations that apply to your business, website, notices, and data collection practices.

• Keep your account credentials and API endpoints secure.
• Use clear notices and disclosures when collecting information through your forms.
• Make sure the content you upload or collect does not violate any law or third-party rights.
• Review submitted data and notifications in a timely way if they are important to your operations.

You may not use Formlyx to break the law, interfere with the service, or harm others. We may investigate misuse and take reasonable action to protect the service, our customers, and the public.

• No spam, phishing, fraud, or deceptive collection practices.
• No unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or infringing content.
• No attempts to probe, reverse engineer, overload, or bypass security protections.
• No use of Formlyx to store or transmit malware or other harmful code.

You retain your rights in the forms, text, files, and submission data you or your end users provide through Formlyx. You give Formlyx a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, maintain, and improve the service for you.

You are responsible for obtaining any permissions, consents, or notices needed to collect and use submitted data. If you remove content or close your account, we may retain limited records as reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, backup, dispute resolution, or enforcing our agreements.

We work to keep Formlyx available and reliable, but the service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change over time, including as we add billing, subscription management, integrations, and new product capabilities.

We may modify or discontinue parts of the service when needed for operational, security, legal, or product reasons. When practical, we will try to provide reasonable notice of material changes.

Some parts of Formlyx may require payment now or in the future. If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to provide a valid payment method and to pay the fees, taxes, and charges associated with your plan.

Subscription terms, renewal timing, and cancellation mechanics will be described at checkout or in the billing area of the product. Unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase, paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

If you cancel, your subscription will generally remain active through the end of the current billing period unless a different timing is stated at checkout or required by law. Refunds are handled according to the Formlyx Refund Policy.

Formlyx and its related software, branding, site content, and product design are owned by Formlyx or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Formlyx in accordance with these terms and your plan.

Formlyx is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not make warranties that the service will meet every requirement, operate without interruption, or be completely secure at all times.

You are responsible for deciding whether the service is suitable for your needs, workflows, and compliance obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Formlyx will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Formlyx's total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Formlyx for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. If you have not paid Formlyx, Formlyx's total liability will be limited to one hundred U.S. dollars.

You may stop using Formlyx at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created risk for the service or others, failed to pay applicable fees, or if we are required to do so for legal or security reasons.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute-related provisions, will survive termination.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we may update the effective date on this page and may also provide notice through the website, product, or email when appropriate.

Your continued use of Formlyx after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
